By using quantities extracted from Vico Software Constructor 3D models, highly accurate estimates can be created in less time. The “what you see is what you estimate” approach reduce inaccuracies and risks and helps you identify and communicate the relations between quantities, costs and locations.
With a new spread sheet view, Vico Software Estimator 2008 provides a familiar easy-to-learn and easy-to-use environment. Increased flexibility, together with improved accuracy, are achieved through the use of a user-defined Work Breakdown Structure and the new Conditional Method functionality. Estimator 2008 supports large projects by enabling merging of separate sub-models' quantities into a coherent project estimate and by providing comprehensive bid package tools and versioning functionality.
